Our dynamic environment offers unique career opportunities for driven individuals to meet new challenges and grow within the organization.Position DescriptionHoller Law Firm is looking for an experienced Client Services Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager maintains primary accountability for client service, client onboard oversight and SLS adherence for new products and clients. Candidates should have a positive attitude and the desire to contribute to our team, be self-motivated, and able to work in a high-volume and, at times, stressful environment.Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):

  • Confirm all new client and new product requirements in advance of order receipt, and document client/product requirements for staff.
  • Communicate all requirements to operations management and staff prior to receiving orders and ensure all requirements will be followed for flawless product roll-out. This includes calling staff and/or team meetings as needed.
  • Project manage onboarding of new clients and products within designated timeframes.
  • Coordinate with legal to ensure services agreements are drafted or updated for any new client or product.
  • Appropriately document new client processes and new product processes.
  • Act as single point of contact for clients when onboarding new products and services.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely production of new processes in Resware.
  • Coordinate with operations managers to ensure testing and training of teams on new products/processes have been completed prior to roll-out.
  • Manage new client/product deliverables to ensure all files are within service level standards for turn-times, product requirements, and accuracy. This includes monitoring reports and Resware queues.
  • Communicate with clients to identify and resolve potential issues preemptively.
  • Escalate client and operational issues to the appropriate parties and personally follow through to ensure resolution for client.
  • Report to management immediately on potential issues with onboarding, and report to management systematically (at least weekly) on general onboard status.
  • Ultimately, build client satisfaction through service and operational performance.Qualifications, Skills and Expertise Required and/or Desired:
    • High attention to detail and accuracy with time-sensitive processes is critical;
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and action-based workflow software systems;
    • 1-5 years of account management or project management experience preferred; experience with real estate transactions a plus, but not required;
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.What We Offer
