The role is responsible for day to day management of key accounts including; account development, coordination, relationship management and the measurement and monitoring of account performance.Through effective communication, you-- -will establish and maintain solid and productive relationships with the client through regular reporting, meeting and follow-up and contributions to resource planning. You will monitor and communicate account performance and communicate improvement opportunities as well as identifying and resolving issues, You-- -will successfully engage internal partners to deliver outstanding client service.-- -On a personal level, You-- -will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across functions and organizations. You will be a strong team player and relationship builder with evidence of growing successful long term business relationships. They will also demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision and in collaboration with teams in many locations across North America. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: -- --- - The Inside Sales Account Manager's responsibilities include taking a proactive approach to maintaining our customer base-- --- - Ownership and development of accounts and partnerships to ensure retention and future growth of the overall business with them-- --- - Provide sales support and subject matter expertise to the wider-- -sales and account management organization with an objective to grow our line of business-- --- - Develop strong relationships across all levels (including C-Level) and functions across clients-- - - organization-- --- - Produce monthly reports and confidently present performance and forecasting to statistics to key stakeholders.-- --- - Directly interface with internal and external customers to generate interest for rental and lease renewals. General Summary: -- --- - Base + Commissions with On Target Earnings Over $65K-- --- - Guaranteed Commissions During the First 2 Months-- --- - You will call on our existing customer base who has about 95% satisfaction rate with current services-- --- - B2B Professional Sales Environment, low turnover Required Skills & Experience: -- --- - High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree, preferred-- --- - One to two years of customer service in addition to previous telemarketing or inside sales experience-- --- - Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)-- --- - Basic Excel spreadsheet skills-- --- - Knowledge of Order Entry processes and proceduresOur values define how we work as a team: Empowerment, Passion, Inspiration and Community.
