Quadient is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the North American (NORAM) Impress demand generation team to build awareness and pipeline for Quadient Impress, a SaaS based Customer Communication Automation Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, metrics driven, and is eager take on new challenges and make a big impact.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation (NORAM Impress), this role will support the continued growth of our acquisition channels and will be responsible for the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, display, email, webinars, digital events and more).

In This Role, You Will:


Manage full-funnel digital demand-generation and awareness campaigns/activities across various channels, including but not limited to paid social (Twitter, LinkedIn), SEM (Google AdWords), email, and display advertising (6Sense)


Work cross-functionally with product marketing, content, operations, and creative teams to set-up and launch campaigns


Develop compelling and actionable ad and provide ad creative inspiration/best practices with the creative team


Assist with email and landing page development and click/conversion rate optimization


Follow and promote a test-and-learn culture to constantly find new opportunities for growth and optimization


Develop clear and detailed reports to communicate campaign performance against KPIs


Proactively provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results and to implement new tactics and strategies to test


Stay on top of best practices, new features and trends in digital marketing channels and technology


Manage, maintain and report on the digital marketing budget

What You Bring:


5+ years of related experience, leading campaigns across various digital channels for a B2B technology company (preferably SaaS-based)


Experience working with key digital channels, tools, and platforms (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, 6Sense ABM platform)


Able to tell a story with data, and articulate what's working and what's not, and provide recommendations for improvement


Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done


Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)


Strong organizational skills and analytical approach with very strong attention to details
