TOP SALARY PAID WITH EXPERIENCEJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You’ll work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard of quality and safety. - Ability to perform wheel alignments Key Responsibilities:* Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on vehicles including brakes, engines, transmissions, suspension, heating/AC, electrical systems, xE2;€¨ * Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and xE2;€¨ * Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time xE2;€¨ * Communicate effectively with team members and service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair xE2;€¨ * Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to troubleshoot and resolve xE2;€¨ * Keep work area clean and organized; follow safety procedures and company xE2;€¨ * Maintain certifications and stay up to date with industry standards and xE2;€¨ Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training a xE2;€¨ * 2 years of experience as an automotive technician xE2;€¨ * ASE certification(s) a plus, or willingness to xE2;€¨ * Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair xE2;€¨ * Ability to work independently and as part of a xE2;€¨ * Valid driver’s license and clean driving xE2;€¨ * Must have own tools or willingness to acquire xE2;€¨ Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift up to 50 xE2;€¨ * Standing for long periods; bending, crouching, and working in tight xE2;€¨ * Use of hand tools and power xE2;€¨ Why Join Us?* Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses
