Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Mahwah, NJ Hours/Schedule:
Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm Compensation: $43.33- $56.50 Type: Contract
Overview Global Medical Device company looking for experienced
Process Engineer to join their growing team. Must bring a BS Degree
in Engineering, 1-3 years of experience, and experience with
Process Engineering. Responsibilities Develops and modifies process
formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
Recommends and implements improvements, modifications or additions
to document work. Reviews product development requirements for
compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and
schedules. Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet
process module target specifications and technology target
specifications. Engineer would be responsible for acquiring,
validating, and testing new pieces of equipment for manufacturing
cell. Engineer would work directly with vendor to create User
Specification Requirements, mange vendor, and land equipment.
Engineer to develop testing plan and validate equipment to bring
into production. Engineer to write all documentation for equipment.
Engineer would be responsible to retrofitting machine, including
fixture development and testing. Engineer would be responsible for
working with a vendor / programmer for developing new programs,
developing testing criteria and validating all new programs.
Requirements BS Degree in Engineering 1-3 years of experience
