- Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a
permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a
renowned organization in the Manufacturing industry, specializing
in Aerospace and Defense. The successful candidate will have a
strong background in Manufacturing and Engineering, with a focus on
Heat Treatment, Nadcap, AS9100, ISO9001, CNC Machine Operation,
Lean Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Processes. With your
expertise, you will play a crucial role in driving our production
processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and
efficiency.Responsibilities:1. Develop, evaluate, and improve
manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design,
materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production
equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control
standards.2. Analyze and plan work force utilization, space
requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and
workspace for maximum efficiency.3. Apply statistical methods and
perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality
improvement, and improved efficiency.4. Manage and implement the
transition of new products from the development phase to the
manufacturing phase.5. Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing
issues to ensure effective corrective actions.6. Oversee and
control all changes to manufacturing processes.7. Ensure compliance
with industry-specific regulations and standards (Nadcap, AS9100,
ISO9001).8. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize our
production processes.9. Operate CNC machines and train staff on
their operation.10. Collaborate with design engineering and other
functions to ensure product manufacturability and achievement of
both cost and performance objectives.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a
Manufacturing Engineering role, preferably in the Aerospace or
Defense industry.3. Hands-on experience with heat treatment
processes.4. Proficient in Nadcap, AS9100, and ISO9001 standards.5.
Experience in CNC machine operation.6. Knowledge of Lean
Manufacturing principles and practices.7. Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes and their development, justification, and
implementation.8. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong
