Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at
a school in Milford, DE, for the 2026-2027 school year. The role
focuses on delivering speech therapy services, conducting
evaluations, writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and
participating in meetings to support student progress. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct speech therapy services to
students Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and write IEPs aligned with student needs Attend team
meetings and collaborate with educators and families Collect and
maintain progress monitoring data Document therapy sessions and
maintain accurate records using software such as Data Service
Center and PowerSchool IEP Qualifications and Experience: Active
Delaware licensure or certification as a Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) required Demonstrated experience in school-based
speech-language pathology Proficient in evaluation procedures and
IEP development Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week),
Monday through Friday Reliable transportation and punctuality for
onsite work Strong communication and organizational skills This
