In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Also will be in the on call rotation. Must have 2 years experience working in the plumbing field This position would be ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a desire to contribute to a growing company with positive workplace culture. Summary: For over 30 years, Wtpi Service Heating, and Cooling has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Berkshire County. Wtpi has the highest rating on google in the county. Responsibilities: Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products. Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems Master/Journeyman plumbing License EPA Universal Certification Valid drivers license / Clean driving record Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you?
