part of your community. /n /nJob Overview:/n /n/t - 2nd shift 3:30
PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday and 3rd shift 11:30 PM to
7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday./n/t - $25.74 per hour./n/t -
Train on days, 3-6 weeks./n/t - Weekly pay./n/t - Benefits
available after 30 days or less./n/t - Climate-controlled
facility./n/t - Temp to hire with potential for hire based on
performance, reliability, and business needs. Benefits through
company and increase in pay if hired directly./n /n /n /nWhat’s a
typical day as a Lighter Assembly Machine Operator? /n• Operate two
automated production machines to produce a finished product. /n•
Provide machines with individual components and supplies to
maintain effective operations and complete shift ending
requirements. /n• Perform hourly quality checks using microscopes
and precision instruments to ensure the finished products meet
quality standards. /n• Complete product changeovers. /n• Address
machine stops in a timely manner and work with mechanics for repair
operations. /n• Utilize basic hand tools necessary to operate
machine efficiently /n /nThis job might be an outstanding fit if
you: /n• Have a high school diploma or GED and recent experience
with high-speed, automated production machines. /n• Can lift 15
lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. when needed and stand for up to
12 hours. /n• Are shift flexible and willing to work in a team
environment with limited supervision, while also being able to work
