Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to lead small to
medium-scale projects for Regenerons Engineering Design &
Construction (ED&C) team. Reporting to the Associate Director
of Facilities Project Management or higher, the PM will oversee all
phases of project delivery, including planning, design, contractor
procurement, contract administration, scheduling, reporting,
construction oversight, partner engagement, and project closeout.
The PM will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Space
Planning, Operations, IT/AV, Security, and End Users) and manage
internal team members while directly overseeing consultant design
teams, vendors, and contractors. This role requires a proactive
approach to problem-solving, risk management, and ensuring
alignment with corporate standards and goals. In a typical day, you
will: Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines,
roadmaps, and risk management strategies. Ensure adherence to
ED&C Quality Management standards, safety protocols, and
regulatory requirements. Oversee all aspects of new construction,
renovations, infrastructure, research laboratories, and office
projects. Create and maintain project budgets, cash flow analyses,
and cost estimates. Build and maintain relationships with clients,
consultants, contractors, and vendors. This role might be for you
if you have: Familiarity with project management tools like Oracle
Unifier, Procure, or eBuilder. Architectural or engineering
experience with expertise in planning, design, and construction
administration. Owner-side project management experience is highly
desirable. Experience in Pharma or Biotech projects is preferred.
To be considered you must have a Bachelors Degree and 8 years of
relevant project management industry experience managing large,
complex programs. We also expect you to have a proven track record
managing projects up to $5 million in construction value. Lastly,
this role requires you to be onsite 4 days a week in the Tarrytown,
