Reporting to the VP, IDA Global Product Marketing, this Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, position is a senior level product marketing position that will be a highly interactive and key player in Quadient IDA's future growth. As a member of our global product marketing team, the selected candidate will work closely with other Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers, Product Management and Marketing to execute on Quadient's IDA go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our solutions.

The Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, role is responsible for supporting our global IDA sale education requirements for both field and partner sales.-- This role will link our global product marketing team with the regional Quadient field sales enablement organizations, as well as the partner/channel teams to deliver relevant, consistent, and actionable sales tools. With the primary goal of speed to market and messaging alignment, the Product Marketing, Sales Enablement role will work within the Product Marketing organization and be a key point contact across both global and local teams, focused on the success of the sales professional.

In This Role, You Will:

---- Create sales and partner enablement materials, playbooks and curriculum that supports IDA revenue generating efforts.

---- Work with Regional Sales Enablement team members and Partner Sales to identify knowledge and skills gaps in market, buyer personas, industry and product knowledge and conduct ongoing needs assessments.

---- Develop sales enablement initiatives that drive the acceleration of IDA customers 'acquisition.

---- Ensure the alignment of sales collaterals and content across internal teams to ensure sales enablement objectives are achieved.

---- Benchmark sales enablement tools, methods internally and externally. Foster best practices sharing among the sales enablement community.

---- Ensure that tools and collaterals deployed are widely adopted and in use in each region. Measure the effectiveness of the sales and partner enablement deliverables and training activities.

---- Contribute to the development of solution messaging for sales collaterals and sales tools.

What You Bring:

---- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University in Business/Marketing

---- 4+ years in a selling SaaS solutions or sales enablement role

---- Proven ability to build compelling content and collaterals

---- Experience working in a global marketing organization

---- Proven desire to understand customers and their use cases

---- Proactive self-starter comfortable taking general guidance and turning it into clear deliverables and business impact in a fast-paced environment

---- A strong aptitude and passion to help others and work cross functionally

---- Ability to build cross-functional relationships to support and empower multiple teams

---- Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives and manage defined timelines

---- High degree of time management skills and understanding of prioritization.

---- Must be a motivated, team player who is results-oriented.

---- Ability to be an innovative self-starter and positive change agent within the organization.

---- Ability to influence, coach and develop sales teams indirectly.

---- Strong interpersonal ability to work closely with corporate marketing and regional teams to support individual programs.
