Summary: Reporting to the VP, IDA Global Product Marketing, this Product Marketing Manager, New GTM, position is a senior level product marketing position that will be a highly interactive and key player in Quadient IDA's future growth. As a member of our global product marketing team, the selected candidate will work closely with other Global and Regional Product Marketing Managers, Product Management and Marketing to execute on Quadient's IDA go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our solutions.They'll work closely with our customer facing teams, sales enablement, and operations (presales, professional services teams, customer success teams) to effectively position our products and solutions, highlighting the differentiation of our offerings from our competition and heavily contribute to driving the success of the solutions in market.The Product Marketing, New GTM role is responsible for acquiring a detailed understanding of new routes to market - addressing the Business Outsourcing segment and notably based on API services provided to a wide ecosystem of enterprises, such as ISVs - defining the GTM strategy around these new business models and driving its execution in market, in close collaboration with the regional organizations. In This Role, You Will: - - Drive all activities, in collaboration with the team members, required to evaluate market opportunity, formulate market needs to product management, define solution positioning and messaging, and define appropriate Go-To-Market approach - - Create strategic plan / 3YP and define the buyer persona, the use case, the applicable business model, the pricing model, and sales playbook approach for this new market segment - - Create and deliver launch programs to introduce new IDA solution / new GTM / new business model to the regional IDA teams in collaboration with local and corporate marketing resources. - - In collaboration with the team member's, define the marketing activities required to foster the development of this new GTM approach - - Define and track all relevant KPI's and best practices across major geographies to ensure the success of the business, drive collaboration across major geographies - - Gather customer feedbacks and best practice sharing to continuously improve the performance of the solution/GTM approach - - Develop appropriate content, sales and partner development programs and tools pertaining to this new solution/GTM approach - - Build incentive programs designed to achieve IDA objectives. - - Collect and escalate customer and sales feedback to influence product roadmaps. - - Make recommendations for all pricing & offers and drive necessary approvals. What You Bring: - - Master's degree in Business/Marketing - - Minimum of 10 years Industry experience - - Proven track record of developing innovative marketing programs and go-to-market approaches, delivering visible results in sales growth. - - Experience selling/marketing SaaS software solutions - - Understanding and/or experience in managing API-based software businesses - - Highly organized with the ability to follow documented processes. - - High degree of time management skills and understanding of prioritization. - - Must be a motivated, team player who is results-oriented. - - Ability to be an innovative self-starter and positive change agent within the organization. - - Ability to influence, coach and develop sales teams indirectly. - - Strong interpersonal ability to work closely with Corporate Marketing and local dedicated IDA teams to support individual programs. - - Highly proficient Office applications, Saleforce.com. - - Exceptional oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills. - - Ability to multitask. - - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
