Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator -Advanced performs variousmarketing duties in support of product marketing, market research,internet-related marketing, and advertising. This position also performs marketanalyses as needed. The candidate may be involved in editing, writing andproducing marketing materials. The selected candidate may also assist withplanning customer seminars, user conferences, trade show, special promotionsand direct mail campaigns. In addition, he or she may attend trade shows andindustry-related events as a representative of the organization. Responsibilities: ---Executes advanced marketing automation/email marketingcomponents of marketing campaigns including creating forms, using templates,scheduling email campaigns, creating HTML emails, and creating emails in themarketing automation platform, Eloqua. ---Creates, edits, executes localization, and search engineoptimizes web pages in Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) ---Organizes and hosts live webinar events using enterprisewebinar tools like Webex or ON24. ---Collaborates with and supports marketing teams, with afocus on meeting business priorities. ---Uses online project management and communication tools likeJIRA, Wrike, Confluence, Mural and Slack while working in an Agile environment. ---Writes, optimizes, and posts social media content to ourentire social media tool, Spredfast. ---Records, edits, compresses and uploads videos to our mediaserver and video sharing platforms like YouTube. ---Edits, optimizes, and publishes PDF's and images to theenterprise content management system. ---Assembles reports to answer specific business questionsusing data from a variety of sources - Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics,Lithium, Google AdWords, Adobe Media Optimizer and others. ---Measures and analyzes effectiveness of marketing automationcampaigns ---Creates, approves, and manages campaign tracking codes ---Collaborates with IT to help them understand the businessrequirements that will determine the analysis and design of effective technicalsolutions Skills & Abilities required: ---Possesses advanced knowledge of campaign set up andmanagement, form development and management, segment management, reporting,contact management, lead scoring, app integration, CRM integration(specifically Salesforce.com) and contact level security ---Thorough knowledge of marketing automation principles andpractices ---Strong knowledge of business to business marketing tactics,techniques, and strategies ---Expertise in the marketing automation platform, Eloqua ---Basic analytics capabilities familiar with different datacollection and measurement techniques ---Proficiency with web content management systems (SDLTridion, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) ---Basic knowledge of HTML code ---Familiarity with Salesforce.com ---Strong project management skills and the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously ---Analytical and statistical skills ---Familiarity with agile / scrum development roles, processesand tools. ---Strong process orientation: able to analyze requests,determine scope, research options, recommend a solution, execute and measureproject success ---Expertise in additional marketing platforms or functions isstrongly preferred (e.g. WordPress, Lithium) ---Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively undertight deadlines and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously ---Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ---Detail oriented and good time management ---Has a basic understanding our go-to-market strategy,product portfolio, and industry solutions ---Has experience with or knowledge of account-based marketingtactics and execution Education & Experience Required ---3-5 years working in digital marketing. ---3+ years working in Eloqua, or similar marketing automationplatform. ---Solid understanding of web technology, in-depthunderstanding of basic HTML. ---Strong understanding of buyer's journey and B2B marketingstrategies preferred. ---Expertise with SDL's Tridion or Wordpress platformpreferred ---Expertise with Oracle Eloqua platform preferred ---Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing. Advanceddegree in business management, marketing, planning or statisticsdesirable. ---Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of marketinganalytics experience / CRM or similar experience. #LI-PLM Company: Siemens Industry Software Inc.
