You ---..A fantastic opportunity for a self motivated disciplined, detail oriented individual who takes pride in doing a great job working on their own!You will be reporting directly to the owner.Must be efficient in QuickBooks and Excel/word.Current person leaving has worked with me for over 20 years you will be trained.We need ---This is a long-term part-time position requiring an individual to manage many aspects of a business including daily emails, coordinating of maintenance and tenants repair issues,follow up on tenant leases providing new leases, tracking certain utility bills requesting tenant payments ---..all aspects of managing properties.Need to work from 9 to 1 Monday through Friday there will be some meeting scheduled throughout the year so face-to-face will be necessaryOnly apply if I have three years plus experience thank you!Pls include resumeJob Type: Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourSchedule:* 4 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: Hybrid remote in Milford, CT 06461
