Somerset, NJ (hybrid) Job Description The Accounts Payable Analyst
plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely accounting and
posting of payables across multiple locations. This position
involves entering and reviewing accounts payable vouchers,
processing payments, and serving as a backup point of contact for
vendor inquiries. The role demands proactive problem-solving and
adherence to quality system requirements. Responsibilities Perform
full cycle accounts payable processes, including matching and
reviewing vouchers for appropriate approvals and executing weekly
payment runs. Identify issues proactively and take the initiative
to find solutions. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and
issues with vendors, providing timely responses to all inquiries.
Assist with month-end AP close and preparation of reports. Serve as
a backup point of contact for vendor inquiries. Follow TMC Quality
System requirements and applicable national and international
regulations. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills Proficiency in accounts payable processes, invoice
processing, purchase orders, and SAP. Experience with three-way
matching and ARIBA, SAP & KOFAX OCR technologies. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technological proficiency and ability to learn new software
quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent combination of experience. Minimum of 3 years of
experience in bookkeeping/accounts payable/receivables, utilizing
computerized systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based
out of Somerset, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to
